  Went to have lunch on Saturday and this was about the 3rd or 4th time we had gone here. We ended up seating ourselves after waiting 10 minutes. Not once were we welcomed or acknowledged of even being in their establishment. Ended up seating ourselves, and we still waited an additional 10 minutes before we received menus. After we placed our order we received salsa and chips only to find hair in the tortilla chips. Our waiter was nowhere to be found a great portion of the time we were there. Our glasses stayed empty the entire time with no refills. We had requested refills and never got them. This is definitely our last visit due to the lack of courtesy, poor service and quality of food.

  I would give it 5 stars but the service is so slow. The food takes a while to make, I get that, I'm OK with that, however waiting 10 minutes for water and another 10 for chips and salsa, then waiting for the food - THEN having to wait on the check - is a bit much. I keep going back for the food - it is hands down the best in the area, the staff is very friendly, and the ambiance is spot on, I just make certain I am not in a hurry.
