  I've been coming to this Dunkin Donuts location since it opened and have felt the growing pains. Today, however, I experienced the best and friendliest ever staff! Finally a happy and cheerful atmosphere! I hope they can sustain this. It was a pleasure being there today :)

  most of places visited repeatedly, found new untrained staff and some of them rude. Manager at 441 hwy Eustis Florida has unacceptable behavior and when one of the staff members asked to give ketchup, she threw packs and one of the same fell on the floor. Didn't care to even apologize.

  I had gone to this location 1x a week- now that there is a better and closer alternative for me.
  
  Badly designed entrance, as their drive through tends to back up out to the street, which causes some safety issues for people attempting to enter and exit the parking lot.
  
  During the mornings there's inadequate parking available and I've had to find creative alternatives.
  
  The staff seems overwhelmed, unable to cope and under-trained, This is likely an issue on a management/operations level... I would hate to be in any one of their shoes.
  
  The selection gets picked through quickly, and gets replenished very slowly- if at all.
  
  The new Publix Backery nearby has a more limited selection BUT they're closer, cheaper, quicker, and have all around better service. Today I went to them and will continue to do so. Bye Bye DD!
